I just left this car wash and had a FANTASTIC experience. I drive a soft top convertible. I love my car and I want to keep it looking nice but I have been apprehensive about using a automatic car wash facility due to the air blower that really vibrates the top and can hurt the mechanics and the tension in the top . So I asked the attendant Mr. Jackson if I could skip the dryer blower on the car wash and he told me that when BLUE GOOSE AUTO SPA has a soft top automobile go through their car wash they are able to make it to where the blower doesn’t blow onto the top of your car. So I was ecstatic as this was my fear. He delivered and exceeded my expectations so much that I tipped him twice as much as the car wash itself. Why ? Cause he deserves it. He was professional, courteous and cool about what my anxiety was and put me at ease immediately. I’m going to tell everyone that I know about Jackson at Blue Goose Auto Spa. He restored my faith in automatic car washes. My job puts me in front of tourists as well as residents here in Baldwin county on a DAILY basis. I’m telling all my clients about this. I’ve been asked many many many times about a good local car wash that does a good job. Unfortunately in my experience as a local I have NOT found one until today. Blue Goose will be mine and my families car wash go to from here on out. Go there and go see Jackson if you have any concerns. And Tell him Joey ( me ) sent you! Big props to Blue Goose Auto Spa. Give Jackson a raise or a promotion. He is amazing . And so are you. Thank you very much, 100000% satisfied customer !

I stopped in here today after my niece recommended them to me. I chose the full service option as I really didn't want to clean the inside myself. They did a great job! Car looks great! My poor car had sand and dog hair everywhere, and now it doesn't. Whatever they use left no scent in the car. Word to the wize...learn how to turn off the auto hold feature in your car before you get there! How embarrassing!

I love blue moose. I come through here pretty often, they’re always affordable and their vacuums work great against my kids messes. I went through one day recently and right before my car was going into the wash, I started to have a panic attack and asked them to stop the belt so I could back out and leave. Without hesitation they made sure I was okay, offered me water and to sit inside to coool off, and he hopped in and took my car through the wash for me. Great people and business.
